The right to withdraw from the purchase contract.

A consumer who has concluded a distance contract or an off-premises contract has the right to withdraw from it without giving a reason within 14 days.
The goods should be returned together with proof of purchase.

1. All products that have not been used are subject to return.
- models should be returned in sealed plastic bags.
- paints and modeling chemicals must not have broken seals on the corks
- tools must not show traces of use
- goods must be returned in their original, intact packaging
2. The return is at the buyer's expense and risk. The shipment should be properly secured during transport.
3. The store has 7 days to consider the return after receiving the returned goods.
